Balanced Bites is conceptual project based on a female-owned nutrition coaching brand who wants to help women nourish their best lives through sustainable and approachable nutrition practices. With a focus on balance, the brand’s mission is to empower clients to enjoy all aspects of life, from healthy eating to occasional indulgences, without guilt.
The project aimed to design a brand identity and online presence that would resonate with women seeking a balanced approach to nutrition.
The goal was to develop a visual and emotional brand that felt inviting, relatable, and aligned with the concept of enjoying all aspects of life. The challenge was to create a website that was not only aesthetically pleasing but also easy to navigate and full of content that would engage and inspire the target audience. When creating Balanced Bites, the goal was to infuse the brand with a sense of calm and balance while making it feel approachable and genuine.
To achieve this, we chose a color palette of soft greens and muted yellows, which conveyed a serene, earth-connected vibe. This was complemented by clean, modern typography that struck a balance between professionalism and warmth.
To make the brand feel more relatable and human, we included imagery that depicted real-life moments, such as enjoying a slice of pizza, to illustrate the idea that balance includes occasional indulgences. This approach was essential in conveying the message that Balanced Bites isn’t about strict dieting but about living a well-rounded, enjoyable life.
