Frequently asked questions
Yes! While I'll always recommend having your branding and website design done at the same time for the most impactful results, I understand that it's not always in the cards right away. Once you've gone through my branding process you are more than welcome to come back at anytime for your website design.
Can I just get brand design and come back later for web?
I understand this is a big investment to make and each business has a different budget! There is a 25% non-refundable retainer due when you book your project, with the remaining balance split between (up to) 4 monthly payments.
What do your payment plans typically look like?
Your input is the most important part! While we will have to keep strategy in mind to create something that truly aligns, this is a collaborative process, and I want to make sure the final outcome truly represents your vision. We'll have check-ins at key stages for your feedback and revisions.
How much input do I have in the design process?
We do a lot of prep work and strategy before I even begin designing to make sure we’re both on the same page about the direction your project will take! Of course, if things need to be tweaked there are revision rounds included to make sure you're completely happy and in love. Typically my clients need anywhere from 0-2 revisions!
What if I don't like the initial design?
Absolutely! I design my clients websites in Showit - a user-friendly website builder and provide a tutorial on how to make basic updates to your site. Plus, you can always opt into a creative partnership with me to handle things like this (and more) - I’m always here if you need additional support.
I'm not super tech-savvy. Will I be able to update my website myself?
